Procedures and Guidelines for Law Compliance. These guidelines are intended for government bodies and legal authorities seeking to request information about Moovbet users. Moovbet will update these guidelines as necessary.

Moovbet complies with applicable international laws for global entities and will provide information only as required by law. In legal requests (except in emergencies), Moovbet will only supply data upon a valid court order, user consent, or in accordance with applicable laws.

We have a centralized process for receiving, analyzing, and responding to legal requests. Our legal team evaluates all requests and rejects those that are unfounded, vague, excessive, or inappropriate.

Responses to authorities will only be provided to the requester’s institutional email, without exceptions. The preservation of obtained evidence is the responsibility of the requesting body.

Legal requests must be specific regarding the user or wallet address being investigated. Information will be provided only if it is still retained according to our data storage policies.

Authorities must make precise and specific requests to avoid misinterpretations or refusals.

Nothing in these guidelines creates any legal obligation for Moovbet, and policies may be updated without notice.
