Terms of service

1.1 The "Account Holder" is an individual with a contractual relationship with Moovbet by creating a Moovbet Account on the Site.

1.2. A "Moovbet Account" is an account held by the Account Holder for good-faith transactions, aimed strictly at establishing a normal commercial relationship with Moovbet and conducting bets and other gaming operations.

1.3 The "Agreement" is the contractual relationship between Moovbet and the Account Holder, governed by the Moovbet Rules, i.e., the "Terms and Conditions".

1.4 The "Site" is the internet gateway accessible through www.Moovbet.lat, publishing all significant information about Moovbet operations and where Services are provided to Account Holders.

1.5 The "Services" refer to gaming and betting offerings provided by Moovbet to the Account Holder through the site.

1.6 A "card" denotes all types of cards with payment, charge, debit, credit, virtual, and/or similar functions.

1.7 A "Payment Solution Provider" is an intermediary acting as a payment agent for various payment methods.

1.8 A "Financial Institution" refers to a bank and/or other institution regulated by domestic financial services legislation.

1.9 "Force Majeure" denotes occurrences beyond reasonable control, causing delays or failure in fulfilling obligations, including governmental restrictions, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorism, etc.

1.10 The "Client Application" refers to the web browser application used by the Account Holder to access Services.

1.11 The "Software" includes all software used by Moovbet to operate the Services and the Client Application.

1.12 The "Prize" represents an amount, bonus, or reward potentially won by the Account Holder.

1.13 An "Inactive Account" is a Moovbet Account without log-ins and/or log-outs for over 12 consecutive months.

1.14 Bets are annulled if there are inaccuracies in player or team names, incorrect odds, totals, or handicaps quoted. In such cases, bets are void.

1.15 Intellectual property including trademarks, graphics, texts, and methodologies on the site is owned by Moovbet and partners, not for exploitation by the Account Holder except as permitted by law.

2.1 Creating a Moovbet betting account

2.1.1 A user must be the account holder to participate in a cash game. To register, personal application is required providing:
- Date of birth and valid ID proving age over 18 or legal jurisdiction age.
- Full name, residential address, valid email, username, and password.

2.1.2 Applicants must be at least 18. Minors can't register or hold a Moovbet Account. Moovbet may request additional age proof, suspending accounts until verified.

2.1.3 Applicants also guarantee:
- Being a natural person, Brazil resident, non-professional in any Moovbet bet sports, legally capacitated, not acting for others, not compulsively gambling or listed in excluded databases, not depositing illegal funds or using unauthorized or jurisdictionally prohibited payment methods.

2.1.4 Applicants acknowledge Moovbet Rules and governing terms, agreeing to comply at all times.

3.1 The betting company accepts bets on sporting and other events with unknown outcomes via telecoms.

3.2 Clients agree to current Rules each time they engage with Moovbet services, including downloads and betting.

3.3 Moovbet may alter rules and payouts without individual notice. Announcements notify users. Pre-existing bet conditions remain unaffected.

3.4 Moovbet may refuse services at its discretion without disclosing reasons.

4.1 Moovbet disclaims liability for losses or damages from site use or content issues, such as access issues, data delays, or inaccuracies.

4.2 Site photos and videos are for private use only. Distribution or reproduction for other purposes is prohibited.

4.3 Moovbet monitors site traffic, reserving the right to block suspected automated betting sources (bots).

5.1 Basic Terms accepted:

“Single” – bet on one event;
“Express” – bet on simultaneous events. Errors lead to losses and winnings are compounded.
“System” – series of express bets, requiring partial correct predictions to win, with combined winning value.
“Chain” – sequence of independent single bets within a maintained account balance.
“Handicap” – advantage or security margin factored into event results to determine bet wins or losses.

6.1 Event parameters may change post-bets, barring technical errors.

6.2. A bet comprises the confirmed registered amount.

6.3 Users are fully responsible for bets once placed and confirmed; no changes permitted.

6.4 Password loss doesn’t justify prize payout changes.

6.5 Confirmed bets appear in "Betting History" and are binding; server registration time prevails.

6.6 Communication issues don’t nullify registered bets.

7.1 Moovbet isn't liable for informational inaccuracies or errors in live event data.

7.2 Information errors on live events stats are not the company's responsibility.

7.3 Moovbet does not endorse language translation accuracy.

7.4 Bets are refunded if participant identity in events is ambiguous or unclear.

7.5 Incorrect event participant details lead to scenarios where bets are invalidated.

7.6 Team details errors lead to refunds; misspellings keep bets active unless gender is mislisted as male by default.

7.7 Event timing deviation does not result in cancellations; official records govern timing.

7.8 Home team precedence is noted in listings except for certain sports; info errors don't grant refunds.

7.9 Live event bets consider safety delays set by Moovbet.

7.10 Clients have preferences for adjusting to real-time coefficient changes in live bets.

7.11 Incorrect game dates are not grounds for cancellation.

7.12 Unannounced event restarts yield refunds.

8.1 Express and system bets can't include related events; Moovbet decides connectedness.

8.2 Only one team per group can be included in bets; such inclusion errors result in refunds.

9.1 Moovbet isn't liable for bet entry errors and reserves the right to declare affected bets invalid post-event.

9.2 Bets placed on deliberate errors are voided; balance is immediately adjusted.

9.3 Winning bets formed by obvious or technical errors may be canceled post-event.

9.4 Insufficiently funded technical errors result in invalid bets.

9.5 Mistaken credits prompt immediate correction notices; errors causing negative balances allow bet cancellations.

9.6 Users exploiting technical/admin errors are liable for damages.

10.1 Moovbet doesn't offer credit-based bets or services; all must be pre-funded in user accounts.

11.1 Moovbet explicitly states that placing and organising bets, as well as participating in sports bets, multiplayer poker, casino games, and lottery-type games, may be restricted by law or even prohibited in some countries. Such restrictions or prohibitions may be imposed even if the company has obtained the necessary permission (betting licence or organisation of games) to place and organise bets. The User must note that if placing bets or participating in sports bets, multiplayer poker, and lottery-type games is prohibited or only allowed under certain conditions, which are not followed, any damages incurred are solely the responsibility of the User. The client must also note that the company is not obliged to provide clients with information, instructions, and warnings on a greater scale than this paragraph. In particular, the company is not responsible for damages suffered by the User due to breaches of the applicable legal prohibitions in their country.

11.2 By evaluating or participating in the games, the User confirms that they have reached the minimum legal age in their country and confirm their ability to enter into a contract with the company. If these requirements are not met, the User's account will be closed, and necessary measures will be applied.

11.3 The User agrees that their personal information provided to the company during a set of bets, multiplayer poker games, casino games, and lottery-type games, as well as in any other game, is stored and used by automatic means.

11.4 Registered on websites belonging to the Moovbet group more than once and/or having more than one account. In this case, the Company has the right to block all accounts at their discretion and leave only one account corresponding to the country of residence. Upon registering, the User confirms the exclusive intellectual property of the company's regulations, as well as the system controlled by them.

11.5 The company reserves the right to inform Users about special promotions and new products by telephone and e-mail.

11.6 Legal relations between the User and the company are subject to the laws of Curaçao and are governed by it, except for the applicable private international law rules. The place of fulfilment of all obligations in bets and games, as well as appropriate bets, is Curaçao. All disputes arising or in relation to bets made by customers are resolved, if not contrary to the law, by the court in Curaçao with the relevant territorial jurisdiction and subject matter.

11.7 The company expressly declares that it does not provide Users with any tax and/or legal advice.

11.8 No disputes about bets can lead to legal action, including claims regarding betting licences, if the company complies with arbitration provisions.

11.9 In case of any claims and disputes by Users and persons representing their parties, the company's liabilities are limited to the size of bets or possible winnings.

11.10 In case of any dispute or claim, the Moovbet database takes precedence over any other data.

11.11 If there is any discrepancy between the English version of these rules and the translation into another language, the English version is considered correct.

11.12 Dispute issues, including claims about event results, are accepted for review by the betting office within 5 days from the end of the sports event.

11.13 Moovbet does not hold Users' funds in separate or separately secured bank accounts. It is important that the User understands that Moovbet deposits are not in banks, and no interest is accrued on them.

12.1 The betting company has the right not to accept bets from any person without giving any reason and reserves the right to close or temporarily block individual User accounts without prior notice.

12.2 The minimum and maximum bet size for all sports events is set by the betting office and subject to change without prior written notice. Additionally, Moovbet reserves the right to impose special restrictions on individual User accounts.

12.3 Moovbet does not recommend that two or more users place bets from the same IP address (same computer or local network) to avoid suspicions of collusion (fraud). In such cases, reconciling the possibility of the game with Moovbet is necessary by explaining the circumstances. Moovbet has the right to block such User's account and ask them to send documents verifying their registered identity.

12.4 Winnings are only paid within the company's established limits. If the User has made a bet and the winnings exceed the maximum, the company will not pay any amount of money above the maximum limit.

12.5 Sports statistics results are published on Moovbet's official website www.Moovbet.com within 3 days after the end of a sports event.

13.1 Bets placed after the event has started, except in live events, will be considered fraudulent and invalid. These cases will be excluded from "express" and "system" bets. Furthermore, any bet made (including in live events) where the result is already known at the time of the bet will be considered fraud. In these situations, funds will not be returned to prevent this type of behaviour from being encouraged on our platform.

13.2 If the User wishes to contest the start time of the event, they must provide an official document (or a link to the regulatory authorities' site for the determined event) confirming the actual start time of the game where the determined bet was made.

13.3 While disputes arise about the start time, if the official tournament/event regulatory bodies do not provide (or lack) such information, Moovbet's information about the event start time is considered the only correct one when calculating bets.

14.1 If a "refund" is declared for the bet, such a bet is considered won with a coefficient of 1. In the case of "Single" bets, this means the User will receive back the amount of money placed on that bet. In the case of "express" or "system" bets, the total coefficient will be adjusted accordingly (in the event a refund occurs, the coefficient will be valued at 1, the remaining coefficients will remain unchanged, and the final coefficient will be calculated according to a similar system; only the result event's coefficient, which was given a refund—one of the "Express" or "system" final coefficient factors (multipliers)—will be valued at 1).

Total Multiplier Coefficient = 1.55 * 1.7 * 1.5 = 3.95

Suppose Finland and England won the games mentioned above, and Croatia won by a 2-goal advantage. In this express bet, when calculating the total coefficient, there will be 1 instead of 1.7 (victory coefficient), and the final express coefficient will be equal to 1.55*1*1.5 = 2.325

14.2 If the total number of goals scored equals the total bet result and no equal option... (indicated number) is among the proposed outcomes of the specified bets, a refund is made. Likewise, for individual totals, player totals, cards/corners/dismissals totals, fouls, and other parameters, if the final game value and proposed total parameter are equal, a refund is made.

15.1 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information related to their account and must take all measures to prevent unauthorised people from using personal accounts. Any operations confirmed by the account holder's username and password must be valid and legally binding.

15.2 If the User suspects that their username and password are known to a third party at any time, they have the right to send a request to Moovbet to temporarily block the account until all circumstances are clarified.

15.3 To ensure the security of Users' personal data, Moovbet communicates with Users via the email indicated by the User during registration.

15.4 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information related to their email and must take all measures to avoid third-party use of the email address. Moovbet is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the connection between the betting office and the User using a registered email address.

16.1 In cases of possible intervention in the game's result and the formation of coefficients for the game (including suspected result manipulation), Moovbet reserves the right to suspend payments for this event or cancel bets on this game and deliver the relevant information to the competent authorities for further investigation and prevention of similar incidents.

16.2 Moovbet reserves the right to suspend payment of bets and make a refund of bets for the event if there are solid reasons to believe this game was negotiated. Such reasons can be based on the size, number, and nature of bets made by one or all possible betting methods. The decisions of the responsible bodies of relevant federations and regulatory bodies are also considered. In such cases, Moovbet reserves the right to deliver information about involved parties to the responsible bodies for future investigation and prevention of similar incidents.

17.1 In cases where the game is transferred to a neutral ground (NG), the bets persist. They are refunded when the game is transferred to the opponent's field. In the case of a game where the teams are from the same city being transferred to another field, the bets are valid and are not refunded. In international games, bets are refunded only when the game is transferred to an opponent state's field.

18.1 An event is considered interrupted if there is no gameplay for an indispensable time specified according to the company's rules, even if the result on which the event was interrupted is subsequently confirmed as final.

18.2 Games are considered valid if they have been interrupted, not finished in the time determined in points 6 and 7, and the game time is as follows:

Football – 90 min.

Futsal (duration 2 x 20 minutes) - 35 minutes

Futsal (duration 2 x 25 minutes) - 45 minutes

NBA Basketball (National Basketball Association) – 43 min.

European Basketball – 35min.

NHL Hockey (National Hockey League) – 55 min.

Baseball – 5 innings

Handball – 50 min.

18.3. For interrupted events recognised as cancelled, unless otherwise stated in the sport's rules, all bets are refunded except for those whose result is precisely defined at the event's final time. For interrupted events, bets on performance relative to time (period, etc.) are subject to unconditional refund.

19.1. If the start time of the event has been changed and otherwise not stipulated in the sports rules, all bets on the event are refunded.

19.2. During a game in moving to the next round, in the case of transfer of the game period to subsequent days, or changing fields, the bet remains valid. If the team's "passage" to the next round is later cancelled for any reason, the cancellation is disregarded, and payment is made according to the games' results. If the second game did not happen or was interrupted, then all bets on it, including the passage, are refunded. Payments on the passage are made only for bets made before the first game. If none of the games took place, the bets will be refunded.

20.1 Moovbet validates results based on official reports and alternative sources of information (including event videos) after the event concludes. Bets calculation is based on the results published on the site www.Moovbet.com in the "Results" section. In case of disagreement about results from different information sources, as well as in case of obvious errors, the final decision to determine results belongs to Moovbet.

20.2 All Users' requests regarding the accuracy of Moovbet site results must be based solely on official information sources (regulatory authorities' sites for these championships). Information from other sources cannot be considered a basis for a review/re-evaluation of bets.

20.3 Valid (factual) results are announced based on official protocols or other information sources soon after the event ends. The organiser uses the following official sources:

The organiser may use other official sources when necessary. In exceptional cases, the organiser reserves the right to use video display to judge the true result.

20.4 Live event results are calculated based on knowledge immediately after the event/competition ends. Subsequent changes (e.g., changes by jury decision after the game) are not considered in bet decisions. The company itself calculates these bets based on its statistical data about the real course of the game. Unless indicated otherwise, all bets on athletes not participating in the competition are void.

20.5 In cases where the company's statistics (based on TV coverage) differ from official statistics, bets are calculated according to the company's statistics.

20.6 If more than one participant or team is declared the competition winner, the winning coefficient is divided by the number of winners (the coefficient cannot be less than 1).

20.7 All game account operations are conducted in the currency chosen by the User during registration.

20.8 All bets for which results are already known (especially bets on who will score the next goal or win a specific segment of the game) are considered valid and are calculated even if the event or tournament is suspended.

20.9 If a game is not completed and is considered incomplete, then all bets on it are refunded (except as mentioned in point 16.1), even if the result on which the event was suspended is later confirmed as final.

20.10 If not contradicted by individual sports special rules, the result announced on the game day is taken as the game result. Any result changes due to event result reviews by regulatory authorities and teams' disciplinary sanctions are not considered for betting purposes, and initial bet calculation results remain in effect.

20.11 In our system, the deposit limit logic operates with the calendar day's fixed hours in the time zone (GMT+4). This means the user can deposit a maximum amount within the limit during 24 hours from 12 hours (GMT+4) to 12 hours (GMT+4) the next day.

21.1 Users are required to bet only in their own name. Recurrent bets containing the same selections from one or more clients may be recognised as invalid and cancelled by the company. Even after the official result of these bets is known, in cases where the company is certain that Users acted in collusion or as an organisation, or suspicious bets were made by one or more Users in a short period, such bets may be considered invalid and cancelled by the company.

21.2. Betting limits per sports event are set according to the player's account status and a single bet/event. If the player attempts to place a bet outside the specified limits for an event, a "Max. Amount - Limit Reached/Official Limit Exception" message will be displayed on the bet slip as a notification. Multiple bets combining the same selection within the same event bet are not accepted. Avoiding the warning message and not complying with this rule will result in the cancellation of all placed bets and a refund of the initial bet.

22.1 If it does not contradict individual sports' special rules, when an event participant cannot take part in the event due to any reason that was the subject of a bet, the bet is considered valid and lost by the client. Exceptions are as follows: 1. The event/tournament is cancelled; 2. The event/tournament is considered invalid; 3. The event's location was changed; 4. The event/tournament is suspended.

22.2 In the case of "Who is taller" bets, i.e., bets with two outcomes, if one participant refuses to participate before the event/tournament, the bet is refundable.

23.1 Additional information about types of bets in different sports is indicated in the sports rules.

23.2 Sports rules take precedence over general rules.

23.3 Some types of bets

23.4 In the case of "Odd/Even Total Number" bets, regardless of the sport and proposed position (including total goals/cards/fouls, etc.) if the result is "0", bets are calculated as "Even Number".

23.5 All bets on the number of medals are calculated according to the official medal table at the end of the event. Any changes made by regulatory bodies later are not taken into account.

23.6 Any medals won by country teams in any competition should be considered as one, regardless of the number of team participants.

23.7 If any bet has the potential result "any other", this result includes all event participants not separately listed in this bet's options.

23.8 If, in any event's "additional bets" (total number of goals, wins, losses, draws, corners, yellow cards, etc.), only those tournament games are considered for the daily line.

24.1 Only registered users can participate in the company's bonus programs. To register, fill in the registration form providing your first name, last name, and email. After receiving a verification email, follow the instructions to verify your account to make deposits and place bets.

24.2 Registration and betting are permitted exclusively for persons over 18 years old (or the age allowed in the specific country where the User opened a deposit and placed bets). Users are fully responsible for dealing with the legality of internet betting games in the region they live and/or providing the appropriate authorities of their country with information about winnings. The company reserves the right to require proof of age and block the User's account before receiving appropriate documents.

24.3 All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. In particular, when using credit or debit cards, the cardholder's name and surname must match the name and surname indicated in the registration form, otherwise, the account will be blocked. All bets made before blocking the account are recognised as valid.

24.4 The company reserves the right to block accounts of Users who provide false data and deny them any winnings payment. At the company's request, the User must present an official photo ID document identifying their identity (a passport copy) and also prove the authenticity of the address and phone data indicated.

24.5 Each User can have only one account. Registered Users cannot re-register as a new client with a new name or a new email address. In case of violation of this rule, the company has the right to annul all bets made by the User.

24.6 The User does not have the right to allow third parties to use their game account.

24.7 Please note that you should not send us your credit card account details or other confidential financial information via an unencrypted email.

24.8 Moovbet allows all its Users to choose their combination of username and password. Users must keep this information secret. If your username and password are entered correctly when accessing the site, all bets will continue to be in effect and cannot be cancelled or altered by the User. If you suspect that someone other than you knows your password, change it immediately on our site. If you forgot the password or a part of it, please request a new password via live chat.

24.9 Users who place their bets on Moovbet via mobile phone must remember that Moovbet is not responsible for any data loss on the customer's cell phone and is not responsible for any commission from mobile internet service providers. By registering, the client confirms that they accept and agree to these Terms.

24.10 Moovbet reserves the right to request additional proof and conduct additional checks to verify the player's identification. Upon request, the player may also be asked to provide valid ID documents proving their identity and address for Moovbet to perform identification checks, carry out identification checks through photo and video methods, credit checks, and other checks that Moovbet may require and/or required by applicable laws and/or relevant regulatory authorities for the use of the Services. The player agrees to provide all information reasonably required by Moovbet in connection with such verification reviews. Until Moovbet has received the requested documents and satisfied the verification checks to the operator's reasonable satisfaction, Moovbet has the right to restrict the player's Account in any manner Moovbet reasonably considers appropriate, including suspending the Account, preventing the player from placing any bets or stakes, or withdrawing their funds.

25.1 Currently, Users have the right to place bets in the following currencies: EUR and USD. Moovbet reserves the right to block the receipt of bets and operational activities in any of the indicated currencies. In this case, all necessary payments on the blocked currency accounts would be carried out in another currency equivalent to the interbank exchange rate for that day.

26.1 All Users' bonuses are individually limited to one person, residential address, phone number, and email address, one payment invoice (such as card or Skrill account number), and the computer used (including institute, internet club, and other public institutions). The company has the right to refuse bonuses to any User or group of Users. Bonus programs are only available for Users who have deposited real currency into their account at Moovbet.

26.2 In case of any breach of the bonus program requirements, and also if there is any evidence of recurring bets on the same event by a group of clients or conspiracy, regardless of the given bets' outcome, Moovbet reserves the right to deprive Users of the bonus and consider the corresponding bets as invalid. For fraud protection purposes, the company has the right to require a document from the client proving their identity before transferring a bonus.

27.1 The available payment methods are determined by the country and currency selected during registration. A comprehensive list of fees, limits on them, and other items is displayed on the Deposits and Withdrawals page. Moovbet reserves the right to change these terms and details.

27.2 When conducting any financial transactions, the name of the debit/credit card owner or bank account must match exactly the name of the relevant Moovbet account owner. Otherwise, Moovbet reserves the right to cancel all operations and refund all bets made during the use of another person's account or credit/debit card.

28.1 If funds were transferred to the User mistakenly, the User is obliged to notify the company immediately. All client gains resulting from such an error must be considered invalid, and such bets are returned, regardless of the delay between the error's origin and the moment it was noticed.

28.2 If deposits were made to the account for any purpose other than betting, poker, casino, and financial betting, the company (especially in case of suspicion of fraudulent billing) reserves the right to cancel a deposit and charge the User all expenses incurred as a result of processing the deposit.

28.3. If the User's deposit exceeds the bet amount, upon the client's withdrawal request, Moovbet reserves the right to charge the User all expenses incurred as a result of processing deposits and withdrawals.

29.1 The maximum winnings from a ticket are £100,000. If a bet includes a bonus, making the winning amount exceed £100,000, the bonus will not be paid. The maximum odds of a bet is 1000. If it exceeds 1000, the win is calculated with odds of 1000.

29.2 The minimum bet on any event is £1 or the equivalent currency in the player's account. The minimum bet in express and/or system mode is £1 or the equivalent currency in the player's account. Unless stated otherwise, only one bet per sporting event or game is allowed. A maximum amount per bet must be equal to or less than the amount of the last deposit.

29.3 The maximum odds of express bets is 1000. Express bets, where the win odds exceed the maximum, are calculated with odds of 1000. In such cases, the total winnings must not exceed the maximum payout from a single bet. The maximum win odds for each system version is 1000. System variants where the win odds exceed the maximum are calculated with odds of 1000.

29.4 The maximum bet amount on an event depends on the sport and events and is defined by the betting network specifically for each event and each type of bet and is subject to change without prior written notice. Moovbet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet on individual events and introduce and remove specific restrictions on individual User accounts without prior notice or explanation.

29.5 All financial limitations apply to any individual customer and/or syndicate groups acting as a collective unit, placing two or more bets containing the same selections, even if placed in a series of bets across a range of different market odds over several days using various player accounts and/or through different betting channels. If it is identified that two or more bets have been made in this way, all such bets are deemed void, and only the first submitted betting slip is considered legitimate.

30.1 Payments are processed within 72 hours from the moment the request is made. Before the first payment is made to the User via electronic payment methods (Skrill, credit or debit card, etc.), the customer must attach an electronic copy of a passport to the documents section to confirm their identity. Remember that forgery is severely punished by law, and if there is suspicion of a forgery or edited copy of documents electronically, Moovbet reserves the right to send the documents to regulatory authorities.

30.2 Before making the payment, company staff will verify the match between the client's first name, last name, father's name, date of birth, and other data. If differences are found between the actual data and the data provided by the client, Moovbet reserves the right to refund all User bets and refuse to pay winnings to the User, unless identity and accuracy of entered data are proven.

30.3 If it is discovered that the User has opened multiple accounts with the company, Moovbet reserves the right to refuse payment for these accounts (except for the assets legitimately transferred to the Moovbet account after paying a 10% penalty of the total deposit value).

30.4 On the first money withdrawal request, the User must send passport details exactly as stated in the passport in the language of the issuing country (or in the case of foreign passports – in English).

30.5 Groups and family members must regulate personal relationships amongst each other – payments are made only in the name of the appropriate account holder.

30.6 The User agrees to provide Moovbet with information about their bank account from which bets will be made in particular, to transfer their winnings.

30.7 Moovbet is not responsible for changes in payment amounts related to exchange rate fluctuations.

30.8 If the User has requested a withdrawal of £1,000 or more (or the equivalent in another currency at the interbank rate), Moovbet pays a commission on the transfer and subsequent withdrawal operations in the specified month. Otherwise, the commission is paid to the bank by the User.

30.9 The company reserves the right to withdraw funds using its own payment method as a priority for winning players (including credit/debit card or the player's bank account).

30.10 Before withdrawing the first payment, the player must wager 100% of the deposit amount. *If the player refuses to meet the mentioned requirements, the withdrawal amount is subject to a 6% fee. This requirement aims to reduce the risks of fraud and money laundering by players.*

31.1 All deposits made on the Moovbet site are considered final, except in exceptional cases where there is evident error or proven fraud.

31.2 Refunds can be requested through customer support and assessed individually. Approval is subject to the analysis of the veracity of the provided information and the player's account.

31.3 Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be processed if no gaming activity has occurred with the deposited amounts, with a deadline for analysis and processing of up to 7 (seven) consecutive days after the request.

31.4 Moovbet reserves the right to apply administrative and transaction fees if a refund is authorised.

31.5 Selected payment methods may include fees charged by financial institutions or intermediaries. Moovbet is not responsible for these fees, and they may be deducted from the refunded amount.

31.6 The maximum payment amount, including prizes and withdrawals, is limited to the equivalent of £1,000,000 per player. Any amount above that limit will not be processed, even in the case of multiple accumulated wins.
